How We Work With You
Develop
The process beings with a full understanding of your objectives and project goals. Kammetal works closely with our clients through extensive consultations, obtaining detailed measurements where necessary, and generating drawings or 3D models. Our customers save money with value-added engineering, and rapid prototyping ensures quality and proof of concept prior to full production.
Production
Once the engineering and design development is complete, full production is begun. Kammetal has a full complement of in-house capabilities, including laser cutting, bending, forming, finishing, saw cutting, welding, water jet cutting, and assembly. Our 57,000 sqft facility houses extensive machinery and specialty tools for nearly any type of metal fabrication.
Additionally, we offer complete assembly services. Once your part or parts have been fabricated, we can fully assemble any necessary elements to deliver a completed design.
Quality Control
Kammetal has an in-house quality assurance department, with a specialized team that ensures the final products meet our own exacting standards as well as the specs of the project.
Inventory Management and Delivery
Kammetal can provide Inventory Management for Blanket Orders (kanban / JIT), providing a smooth production delivery and fulfillment. Once all the production goals have been met, your parts and assemblies are carefully packed and shipped via our in-house shipping department. We meet tight deadlines routinely, and take our job of on-time delivery seriously.
